Meet the Team

Meredith Provost, M.D., PhD, FACOG

Meredith Provost, M.D., PhD, FACOGReproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Provost is passionate about delivering world-class fertility care in a caring, patient-centered environment. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge (UK) as a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and medical school at McMaster University, ranked among the Top 25 medical schools worldwide.

Dr. Provost completed her OB/GYN residency training at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Duke University Medical Center. An accomplished researcher, her work has been recognized at national conferences and published in a number of peer-reviewed journals.

Beyond her academic pedigree, she is very down-to-earth. With two children of her own, she appreciates the wonder of parenthood and is dedicated to her mission to help patients along the journey toward building a family. She couldn’t be more excited to join the team at Indiana Fertility Institute.

John C. Jarrett II, M.D., FACOG

John C. Jarrett II, M.D., FACOGReproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Jarrett has been treating couples with impaired fertility and doing IVF for over 30 years. He has performed more ART procedures than anyone in Indiana, and he has helped couples conceive over 13,000 babies.

He started the IVF Program at Women’s Hospital in 1985. Initiated the IVF, GIFT, ZIFT, egg and embryo cryo-preservation programs, the egg and embryo donation programs, and the Program for the Preservation of Reproductive Potential. He performed the first successful IVF, GIFT and ZIFT procedures in Indiana. He also achieved the first successful pregnancy from the use of cryo-preserved embryos in Indiana.

Dr. Jarrett and his wife Lisa have seven children. He writes extensively and co-authored the book The Fertility Guide. His hobbies include golf, sailing, his family, and gardening.
